Ordering advice...
Sod is ordered by the square foot. The sod is cut in 10 sq. ft. rolls 18”x80” or 24”x60”, 40-50 lbs, with one pallet equaling 600 sq. ft. When ordering sod have your square footage requirements for your job. Order in advance (minimum of 48 hours) - we need time to have your order cut!

Blends and Varieties
(most common for the Sacramento/Placer Valley -other blends available)

Bolero Plus 95% Dwarf Fescue 5% Bluegrass
This is a truly custom made premium turf, designed specifically for California climates. Over five years in development. Slower growing, provides fewer clippings, offers superior disease resistance, drought and heat tolerance. Adds fine bluegrass-like texture to any landscape. 

Bolero 100% Bolero Dwarf Fescue
Bolero Plus blend was created with addition of bluegrass to Bolero dwarf fescue. This creates a blend that assures more uniform growth and better wintering, in addition to qualities offered in Bolero. For those settings which require an exquisite, dark blue appearance and superior hardiness.

Premium 90/10 Fescue
This low maintenance, deep rooted blend tolerates heat, humidity, and drought. Comprised of 90% tall fescue and 10% bluegrass, this sod features good color, shade tolerance, and a mowing height as low as 1 inch. Produces very little thatch and winters well.
